Suzanne Simonis

My view on legal services is that I am not there to create problems but to solve them in cooperation with the client. I like to work as a critical team player, always looking for the most practical legal solution for a problem.

I have been working as a legal advisor since 1996, whereby real estate law has become my specialism. During this period, I have been working as a candidate notary at Hermans & Schuttevaer, CMS Derks Star Busmann and Van Benthem & Keulen. As from 2016, I am working as an independent specialized legal advisor and it that capacity associated with Everest Notariaat.

My expertise is mainly based in the field of commercial real estate: buying and selling real estate projects, apartment parting, project development, financing, legal real estate advise, sale and leaseback constructions and turn-key projects.

As a specialist, I completed the postgraduate specialization course on Real Estate Law of the Grotius Academy and I am chairman of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers (www.vvj.nl).
